Asparagus cooked in ghee and lemon juice with garlic labneh

I love asparagus. Its versatile and fragrant and a light and bright addition to any spread of food. Here I've cooked it through some ghee and topped with lemon juice and black pepper. Served on my garlic coconut yoghurt labneh. Simple but tasty!
