Digestive Bliss Smoothie

Make a digestive smoothie for long lasting energy throughout the day. I sat down with Anna, a friend and dietitian to pick her brain on tips to structure smoothies and meals to sustain energy and reduce the afternoon slump. According to Anna, the 3 elements to consider when blending a smoothie are:

🟨 Fibre

🟩 Protein

🟦 Slow release carbohydrates
